New Activity At PHA 2024!
When: Sunday, Aug 18
8-9:30 a.m.
Where: Exhibit Hall in White River Ballroom
PHA 2024 unites our community of patients, caregivers, and health care professionals. In honor of celebrating the unbreakable bond as a PHamily, participants will have the opportunity to give back to the Indianapolis community. This activity is appropriate for participants of all ages. Children from 3-5 may require assistance.
Work side-by-side others in the PH community to build a PHuzzy friend for a child in need. All bears will have a custom designed t-shirt by participants along with cards of encouragement and hope. Once complete, a wrapping station will be available with cellophane and bows .
All PHuzzy friends will be delivered to various nonprofit organizations in the Indianapolis area, including Riley’s Hospital for Children.
This is PHA’s first community project, offering participants the opportunity to give back to this year’s host city
