Conference Registration

If you are not currently a PHA Member or your registration will expire prior to August 15, 2024, we offer the option for you to bundle a 1-year membership
and the member rate for conference together to save you money.  Click the registration button below and scroll to the non-member rates.
Select the appropriate non-member bundle type and complete your registration.
After you register someone from PHA’s Membership department will reach out to you regarding your membership.

For example, if you are an adult patient (18+) you would select the Patient (18+) Membership Bundle as your registration type.
