Is your Pulmonary Hypertension Association membership up to date? If you're not currently active, or your membership ends on or before Aug. 18, select the membership bundle registration rate to get the best price.

  • Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge.
  • Registration covers all PHA 2024 sessions, meals and receptions. Registration doesn't cover travel and/or hotel expenses.

Scholarship Application Criteria 

Please apply for your PHA 2024 scholarship prior to registering for the conference.  Once you are notified of your scholarship application decision you will be given instructions on how to proceed with registration.

 Apply for a Scholarship

Scholarship applications will remain open through June 15 or until funds run out.  Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must be current PHA member to apply for a scholarship.  If you are not a current member, please email our membership department.   If you are living with PH and experiencing financial difficulty, please use this form email Member Services to request a one-year complimentary membership.

There are four types of available scholarships, but applicants can only apply for one.

Please do not register for PHA 2024 until you receive a decision regarding your scholarship application.  

U.S. adult 

  • 18 or older. 
  • Live in the U.S. 
  • Have pulmonary hypertension. 
  • Demonstrate financial need. 
  • Not a previous recipient of a PHA conference scholarship. 
  • Be a current PHA member.

U.S. pediatric 
Pediatric applicants can be previous scholarship recipients. 

  • Child with PH under 18 or parent/guardian of a PH patient 17 or younger. 
  • Live in the U.S. 
  • Demonstrate financial need. 
  • Be a current PHA member.

International 

  • Child or adult with PH or international PH Association leader. 
  • Live outside of the United States, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories. 
  • Demonstrate financial need. 
  • Not a previous recipient of PHA conference scholarships. (International leaders who received a stipend may still apply)
  • Be a current PHA member.

Stipends 

Stipends cover one adult registration and don’t include hotel or travel. You can be a previous stipend recipient. To apply, you must: 

  • Be an active PHA peer support volunteer. This includes support group leaders who have led meetings since Jan. 1, 2024, and PHA PHriends who have provided support services in the same time period. 
  • Be willing to volunteer as a speaker or support group facilitator if invited. 
  • Attend the Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast. 
  • Be a current PHA member.
