Registration Cancellation
If you are unable to attend PHA 2024, please contact the Pulmonary Hypertension Association by e-mail to cancel your registration. Those who cancel their registrations on or before July 16, 2024, will receive a full refund.  Those who cancel after July 17, 2024, and "no shows" are not eligible for refunds. 

Hotel Cancellation
If you cancel your PHA 2024 rhttps://phassociation.org/covid19-safety-policy/egistration, you must also cancel your hotel reservation. To avoid being charged a no-show fee you must cancel your hotel reservation at least 72 hours before check-in. If you cancel within 72 hours of arrival, the hotel will charge a no-show fee. If you are not staying at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, please contact your hotel for their hotel cancellation policy.
