Registration Cancellation
If you are unable to attend PHA 2024, please contact the Pulmonary Hypertension Association by e-mail to cancel your registration. Those who cancel their registrations on or before July 16, 2024, will receive a full refund.  Those who cancel after July 17, 2024, and "no shows" are not eligible for refunds. 

Hotel Cancellation
If you cancel your PHA 2024 r, you must also cancel your hotel reservation. To avoid being charged a no-show fee you must cancel your hotel reservation at least 72 hours before check-in. If you cancel within 72 hours of arrival, the hotel will charge a no-show fee. If you are not staying at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, please contact your hotel for their hotel cancellation policy.
