Policies
Registration Cancellation
If your plans change and you can’t attend PHA 2026, please contact the Pulmonary Hypertension Association at 301-565-3004 or by emailing meetings@phassociation.org to cancel your registration. Those who cancel on or before June 1, 2026, will receive a full refund. Those who cancel after June 2, 2026, and “no shows” are not eligible for refunds.
Hotel Cancellation
If you cancel your PHA 2026 registration, you must also cancel your hotel reservation. To avoid a no-show fee, cancel at least 72 hours before check-in. If you cancel within 72 hours of arrival, the hotel will charge a no-show fee. If you are staying at another hotel, contact them directly for their cancellation policy.
Travel Tips and Special Requests
Need an ADA-compliant room or other service to accommodate your pulmonary hypertension challenges? Make sure you request a room that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act when making your hotel reservation. Demand for ADA-compliant rooms will be high, and rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
